What we offer
Custom embroidery today, with screen printing and vinyl on the way. One shop for your apparel as your needs grow.
Our craft
Embroidery gives your logo a premium, textured finish that lasts. We digitize your artwork, stitch a test, and only run the full job once it’s right.
Great on polos, button-ups, jackets, hoodies, aprons, toques and caps. Ideal for uniforms, staff apparel, teams, events and merch — from a single piece to a full crew.

Bold back pieces that make crews, clubs and businesses easy to spot from a distance.
Front, side or back embroidery on structured caps, dad hats, trucker caps and beanies.
Easy to work with
Embroidery pricing depends on three things: the stitch count of your design, the number of pieces, and the garments themselves. Send us your logo and quantity and we’ll give you a clear, itemized quote — no surprises.
On the way
The most cost-effective way to print larger runs of tees and hoodies in vivid, long-lasting colour.
We’re adding screen printing so you can order bigger batches of promotional and event apparel without leaving Circle & Thread. Want first dibs? Ask us to add you to the waitlist.

Crisp names, numbers and single-colour graphics — perfect for team jerseys and quick one-offs.
Heat-applied vinyl is ideal when you need personalization fast: player names, event dates, or a simple logo on a handful of items. It’s next on our list.
Good to know
No. We happily take on single pieces as well as bulk orders. Larger quantities bring the per-piece price down, and we’ll always tell you where those breaks are.
Yes — you’re welcome to bring your own garments, or we can source quality blanks for you. We’ll advise on which fabrics embroider best.
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. We’ll digitize it into an embroidery file and confirm it looks right before stitching.
Turnaround depends on the size of the job and garment availability. We’ll give you a clear timeline when we quote — and we’ll keep you posted along the way.
Tell us what you need and we’ll send a friendly, itemized quote.
